For over 30 years, Vicarious Visions has made hundreds of exciting games, in every genre, on every conceivable game platform in the known universe and we are proud to be able to do so for the passionate fans of Blizzard Entertainment.

Simon Ebejer

Studio Head
Simon is a video game industry veteran of over 15 years. He started his career at Activision Publishing, later holding the post of Production Director at both Neversoft and Infinity Ward and working on such franchises as Tony Hawk, Guitar Hero, and Call of Duty. Simon’s favorite part about VV is the company culture. 'We are all in this together. Everyone here truly cares about everyone else and though it may seem cliché, we really are one big family.'

Aaron Ondek

Chief Technology Officer
Aaron joined VV in 2004. He was the Lead Engineer before transitioning to CTO in 2009. Since then, he has been driving the studio's Technical Strategy. He has helped build the studio's core technology staff and lead them to create ground-breaking technology across dozens of platforms. He has worked on numerous platforms including GameBoy Color, PS2, Wii, WiiU, PS4, XB1, and mobile. Aaron holds a BA in Computer Science and Math of Computation in addition to a Masters in Computer Science, both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michael Bukowski

Director of Technology
Michael has been in game development for over 15 years. During his time at VV, Michael has served as an Engineering Lead, Technical Contributor, Graphics Engineer, and directed research and development of core technologies.  Currently, Michael helps manage the engineering department. He has published works for SIGGRAPH, I3D, and HPG.  He has also spoken at GDC and served as a panelist at I3D. Michael holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jennifer Morse

Senior Manager, Human Resources
Jen holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Russell Sage and has been working in the field of HR for 20 years. Jen manages the day to day HR operations and works on strategic initiatives for the studio and Activision. Jen's favorite part of VV is the amazing people. 'I'm lucky to have a role that allows me to make everyones time here as great as it can be!'

Brent Gibson

Creative Director
Brent joined VV in 2002, and has played key roles in leadership throughout the studio’s history.  He has also helped drive visual development on successive generations of platforms.  He was the Visual Development Director of Skylanders: Swap Force, and helped build the integrated artistic capability of tying concept art to graphics research and in game rendering. He was Game Director on Skylanders: Superchargers and is now the studio’s Creative Director. Brent holds a BA in Computer Art and Animation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Joe Fisher

Director of Production
Joe joined VV in 2005 as QA Supervisor after graduating from Union College with a degree in Computer Engineering. Joe moved into the production group in 2007 and is now the Executive Producer. In addition to managing our production team, he is responsible for ensuring that all of our projects ship on time, on budget and at high quality! Joe has produced many titles across console, handheld, and PC. Highlights include; multiple Guitar Hero titles, multiple Skylanders titles, and Destiny 2 for PC, which won “Best PC Game” at E3 2017.
